I have a strange obsession with those “As seen on TV” commercials. It is like a love/hate relationship. They kind of make me crazy, but I can’t seem to stop watching them. Also, I want all.the.things. Every time I see something, I think I REALLY need to have it. SO, of course I was super stoked to get to try out the Glo Wubble. Errrr, well, technically it is for the “kids” right? Whatever – I will fully admit I was probably as excited, or more, than they were.
The different Wubble Balls look like bubbles and move like bubbles—but won’t pop like a bubble! The Glo Wubble can be kicked, whacked, thrown and bounced— and sat on! AND it won’t even pop! Pretty cool, right? I mean we are talking about 2 teenagers, who are only a few years from adulthood that had a blast with this thing. Don’t let anyone tell you toys are only for small kids.
The instructions seemed simple enough out of the box. We had to search for batteries for the pump, so make sure you have those handy because they are not included. We had a bit of trouble when we tried to blow the Glo Wubble initially, but we were able to find this video on YouTube that helped us out. Once we got it blown up, the fun was endless.
Being teens, I wasn’t sure what they would do with the Glo Wubble, but mostly, they played with it like any kid would. They threw it around, sat on it and of course they threw it at each other. And this went on for hours and even into the next day. Suffice to say, they really loved it!
I am thinking about getting one of these for my niece for Christmas. I think she would have a blast with it! Either way, we had a ton of fun and so far (several days later) the kids are still playing with these balls. They are all over my house!
